Family is the heartbeat of Stephen's life. Seventeen years with his wife Libby, and proud parent of two young men, 16 and 19 years old. Stephen isn't just about buying and selling homes; he's a big softie for giving back to the community. Participating in charity events, monthly giveaways, and rallying behind local projects to spread positivity. In total, Tatum & Associates has donated over $30,000 in giveaways, prizes, and charities since 2020.!
